Vehicle Inspection & Reservation
We’re a licensed dealership operating under Minnesota Driver and Vehicle Services (DVS) rules and following all applicable federal consumer protection laws, including those enforced by the FTC. We do things the right way and treat people fairly.
1. Vehicle Information
We do our best to describe every vehicle accurately, including mileage, service history, and condition. Since these are used cars, normal wear is expected,but anything we know about, we’ll tell you upfront.
2. Price & Payment
Prices include applicable taxes where required. To hold a vehicle, we take a refundable deposit. The remaining balance is held securely and only finalized after you’ve inspected and approved the vehicle and ownership has been properly transferred.
3. Part Exchange
We do accept trade-ins on a case-by-case basis. Cash deals are preferred, but we’ll take a look at your vehicle and give you a fair offer based on condition, paperwork, and current market value.
4. Delivery & Ownership
We deliver vehicles nationwide, but we also offer in-person viewings and test drives by appointment. Most of what we do is delivery-based with a 6-day inspection period, but in-person visits are welcomed if the vehicle is already in our storage facility and the visit is scheduled ahead of time. Once the vehicle is delivered to your address or picked up from our warehouse, and payment is complete, ownership officially transfers to you.
5. Warranty & Your Rights
Many of our vehicles come with a warranty. On top of that, your purchase is protected under applicable federal and state laws, meaning the vehicle must match its description and be fit for normal use based on age and mileage.
6. Cancellations
If you buy remotely, you have cancellation rights depending on the situation. If you buy in person, we’ll always try to work with you if something changes before pickup or delivery.
7. If Something Goes Wrong
If there’s ever an issue, we don’t disappear, we deal with it. We aim to sort things out quickly and fairly. Your funds are protected by the use of a Dedicated Client Account for each transaction.
8. Privacy
Your information stays private and is only used for your purchase or, if you agree, for occasional updates or marketing.
9. Governing Law
These terms follow the laws of the State of Minnesota and applicable U.S. federal law. Nothing here takes away any rights you legally have. If one part of these terms doesn’t hold up legally, the rest still applies.
Inspection, Reservation & Refund Policy
If the car is at our location, you can schedule an in-person inspection by appointment. If it’s with one of our partner locations, we can ship it to you for a 6-day inspection period with a full money-back guarantee if you decide not to keep it.
2. Reservation Period
Once you place a deposit, the vehicle is held for you for 3 days.
3. If You Don’t Like the Car After Inspection
If you inspect the vehicle, either in person at our warehouse or after delivery at your address, and decide it’s not the right fit, that’s completely fine. Just let us know and we’ll refund your deposit in full. No pressure, no hassle.
4. If Time Runs Out
If you can’t complete the inspection within those 3 days, the reservation expires and the car goes back on sale. Your deposit is refunded in full.
5. If You Buy the Car
If you go ahead with the purchase, your deposit gets applied toward the total price.
6. Fair Use
To keep things fair, we don’t allow repeated reservations of the same vehicle under the same name without completing a purchase.
